Jody is survived by two sons, Hunter Boone, Brandon Boone; three brothers, David Boone, Jr., Nicholas Boone, Madison Boone; five sisters, Bridgett Roy, Kayler Boone, Samantha Boone, Jolene Boone, Brenda Young.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David Boone, Sr. and Shirley Johnson Boone, as well as one son, Dustin Boone.
In lieu of flowers, the family is gratefully accepting donations made to the funeral home.
