Services were held last Friday for Mrs. Amanda Gelman, formerly of Indianapolis, who died Wednesday in a Shelbyville nursing home.
A native of Rushville, she lived in Indianapolis 65 years. She was the widow of Abe Gelman, with whom she owned and operated Hoffman Wholesale Jewelry Co. of Indianapolis until her retirement in 1950.
She was a former member of Beth-EI Zedeck Congregation. Burial was in Ohev Zedeck Cemetery.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Walter Addison of Greenfield.
