Service: 9:30 a.m. Friday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Interment: Cumby Cemetery, Chico. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Mount Olivet Funeral Home.
Orell was born June 15, 1924, in Chico to Ivy and Eugene Buckner. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Willard Traister, Hobert Arms and William Radford.
Survivors: Daughter, Jeanie Noe and husband, Jeff, of Denton; son, Gary Traister and wife, Liz, of Austin; grandchildren, Patrick and Tim Traister, Michael Noe; brothers, Herman Buckner of Plainview, Bedford Buckner of Watauga; sisters, Virginia Settle of Hurst and Betty Slaughter of Levelland; numerous nieces and nephews.
