Audrey M. Sheelor, 95, formerly of Princeville, died at 3:12 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 8, 1998, at Knox County Nursing Home in Knoxville, where she lived since 1994. Born Aug. 19, 1903, in Topeka, Kan., to Silas and Margaret Hackney Clifton, she married Thaddeus "Thad" Sheelor on Jan. 1, 1944, in Princeville. He died June 24, 1990. One brother, one sister, two half brothers and one stepson also preceded her in death. Surviving are one stepdaughter, Mary Plish of Galesburg; one niece, Alice Cantral of Plano; two stepgrandchildren; and four stepgreat-grandchildren.

She was a member of Princeville United Methodist Church.

Cremation has been accorded. Graveside services will be at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Princeville Cemetery. The Rev. Rex Hendrix will officiate. There will be no visitation. Arrangements are by Hammitt-Hott Funeral Home, Princeville.

Memorials may be made to her church.
