Born in Snellville, Ga. She often rode the trolley to Atlanta. The operator on that route was Cliff Bobo. They eventually married and moved to Center Hill on Hwy 78/278, then called Bankhead Highway. They lived there for 50 years, then moved to Smyrna, GA. She was an excellent baker, often taking orders for dozens of cakes at holiday times. She was especially known for her Japanese Fruit Cake.
