Fifth son of Tom W. Bobo, Sr. and Frances D. Bobo. David married Pam Cardiff Nov. 23, 1975; they had a daughter, who died in infancy, and a son. David and Pam divorced. Pam died in 2000. David played the guitar and composed many original songs, though none were ever published. He worked for Fulton County Schools as a custodian, and for Northside Hospital as a security guard.
