Eva LaFay Woods, 88 years old, passed away Friday, August 20, 1993, at the Overland Park Regional Hospital. She was a resident of Overland Park. Eva was born in Wathena, Kansas, and had lived in Kansas City most of her life. She had worked as a customer service rep for Pecks Department Store.
Her daughter, Barbara Jean Woods Nugent passed away in 1990. She was survived by her daughter, Anita Lou Woods Wilson, of Bonner Springs; as well as five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at the Chapel Hill Cemetery in Kansas City, Kansas.
