Mrs. Jack was born Feb. 22, 1879 in Illinois, came to California in 1924 from Kankakee, Ill., and had lived in Pomona for the past 49 years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church and Order of the West 468 O.E.S.
Survving is a son, Howard C. Blaney of La Verne; a grandson, Robert H. Blaney of Tustin; a granddaughter, Mrs. Jo-Ann Freeman of Escondido and five great grandchildren.
Private services will be held in Todd Memorial Chapel Pomona, Monday. Dr. John W. Black of Claremont will officiate. Private entombment will be in Pomona Mausoleum.
Friends may call at Todd Memorial Chapel Pomona Sunday between 2 and 5 p.m.
