MONROE, Oct. 19. Isaac Henry Blair, 51, noted justice of the peace and politician, died early this morning at his home on East Windsor street of a heart attack. He is survived by his wife, the former Miss Zora Wimberly, two sons, Stephen O. Blair of Charotte and Isaac H. Blair, Jr., of Fort Walters, Texas; a daughter, Mrs. Bonner Hasty of Monroe; a sister, Mrs. Lottie Mae Lawton of Washington, D. C.; an uncle, R. K. Blair of Charlotte; two aunts, Mrs. Mary Ashcraft and Mrs. Jennie Stewart of Monroe. Funeral services are pending the arrival of the son, Isaac H. Blair, Jr., from Fort Walters. Services probably will be held Tuesday afternoon at the residence, with burial in the Monroe cemetery.
