Rosary For Dr. Robert Royal Set
Rosary for Dr. Robert T. Royal, 89, retired Seattle dentist and grandfather of Loretta Young, film and television actress, will be said at 7 o'clock tonight in the Bonney-Watson chapel.
Requiem Mass will be said at 9 o'clock tomorrow forenoon in St. James' Cathedral. Burial will be in Calvary.
Dr. Royal died in a hospital Monday. He practiced here in the Shafer and Haight Buildings during the 1920's and 1930's. Born in Mississippi, he was reared in Murfreesboro, Tenn., and attended the University of Tennessee. He formerly practiced in Portland, Ore. He resided at 1119 Boren Av.
Survivors besides Miss Young are his wife, Elizabeth; a son, Payton Royal; three daughters, Mrs. George Belzer, Mrs. Ernest Taxler and Mrs. William Mase, all of Los Angeles; seven other grandchildren including Sally Blaine and Polly Ann Young, former screen actresses, and 20 great-grandchildren.
