Eugene Crissman, 50, of Adrian RD 1, died at his home Monday, July 22, 1940, at 3:30 p.m. He leaves his wife Laura, four sons and five daughters; Eugene, Willis, Harold, James, Betty and Delores Crissman, all at home; Mrs. James Wolfe, Kittanning RD 2; Mrs. Harry Fair, Adrian; and Mrs. William Kissinger, Kittanning; and two brothers and one sister, Samuel Crissman, Adrian; Cash Crissman, Pitcairn; and Cleo Crissman, Kittanning RD 3. Funeral services will be conducted in St. Mark's Lutheran church, Adrian, Wednesday, July 24, at 2 p.m. (EST) by the pastor, Rev. C.W. Barnett of Worthington. Interment will be made in the adjoining cemetery. The Snyder Funeral Home, Cowansville is in charge of arrangements.
