Mrs. Charles H. Palmer.
The death of Mrs. Charles H. Palmer occurred at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred L. Hazen, No. 88 Franklin street, at 10.15 o'clock Monday night, from paralysis. For the past eight years Mrs. Palmer has been confined to her bed, during which time she has been given faithful care by her daughter Mrs. Hazen.
Mrs. Palmer was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank. Coleman, her maiden name being Delia Coleman. She would have been 72 the 6th of next March. She married Charles H. Palmer in Danielson, where they lived for a year or two, subsequent to which they resided in Baltic and later in this city, Mrs. Palmer having been a resident here for the past 30 years, living for many years on the West Side. Mr. Palmer's death occurred about nine years ago. He was for a time engaged in the trucking business here.
The deceased was a woman of quiet, peaceful disposition, who bore her long suffering bravely.
She is survived by six children, Mrs. William B. Denison of Colchester, Mrs. Edward J. Cummings of Worcester. Frank T. Palmer of Worcester, Mrs. A. Bugher of Hartford, Mrs. Fred A. Hazen of this city and Mrs. Charlotte King of New York.
