Mike was a 1977 graduate of Napoleon High School. He drove dump truck for Gerken Paving for most of his working career.
Mike enjoyed riding his motorcycle, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, playing pool, gardening, mowing his yard, and working on projects around the house. He was the best Papa and loved spending time with his kids and grandkids.
He is survived by his children, Matthew (Trish) Gunter and Manda (Jarrod) Kazda; grandchildren, Myah and Zada Gunter, Harrison and Cohen Kazda; and sisters, Bonnie Floro and Linda Jones and his former wife, Suzette (Cooke) Gunter. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Fred Gunter.
Interment will be held at Grelton Cemetery on Sunday, May 7 th at 2pm.
All are welcome to join the family at the cemetery. A Celebration of Life
for Mike will be held from 3-5 PM at the McClure American Legion
following the interment.
