Mrs. Foreman, 96, dies
Mrs. Fern Higgins Foreman, 96, formerly of Beaver Falls and Beaver, died yesterday in the Beaver Valley Geriatric Center in Brighton Twp. She was a patient at the center the past two years and formerly resided with a daughter in Beaver. Mrs. Foreman was born June 17, 1888 in Beaver Falls to the late James M. and Annie White Higgins. She was married to William John Foreman, who died in 1969. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Beaver Falls and the United Methodist Women and Thoburn Class of the church. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mildred Fern Foreman, in 1929 and by three brothers and two sisters. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow at the Campbell Funeral Home at 14th St. and Eighth Ave., Beaver Falls. The funeral will be held there at 11 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Keith M. Dovenspike, pastor of the First United Methodist Church of Beaver Falls, officiating. Burial will be in Beaver Falls Cemetery.
