She was born 27 June 1839 in Nauvoo, Hancock, Illinois and died 23 March 1909 in Bicknell, Wayne, Utah. Her parents were George Parker Dykes (1814-1888), and Dorcas Keeling (1811-1881). She was the 2nd of 4 children. She married Nicholas Summers (1813-1865) on Sep. 11, 1851. Assumed divorced. She married Hyrum W Burgess (1837-1924) abt 1852 they had 1 child, Horace Liggett or Hod BURGESS(1853 – 1919). They divorced. She married Bishop Seth Taft III (1796-1863) 24 January 1859. They had 2 children; Seth Dykes Taft (1860-1907) and Latinus Odgen Taft (1862-1938).
