Warren LeRoy Barlow "Lee" age 84 of Fargo, North Dakota passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Sunday April 16, 2023.
Lee was born on Thursday December 15, 1938, to John Yates Barlow and Esther Johnson Barlow, in Cedar City, Utah.
He served in the U.S. Army for seven years and spent most of his time stationed in Germany. Lee attended the University of Utah where he enjoyed playing football while earning his degree.
Lee married the love of his life Lynne Barlow in 1979. They moved to Arizona in 1994. They had many adventures together, creating fond memories. Lee held many jobs throughout his life, mostly electrical and mechanical engineering. He retired in 2017.
He had been a member of the moose lodge. Lee enjoyed the outdoors, bird watching, taking in nature's beauty, but most of all he loved to fish. Lee loved to spend hours building and creating from wood, among his wood projects he built wishing wells, garden benches and picnic tables.
Lee was happy to be called dad and proud to be called grandpa. He adored his grandchildren and could never get enough time with them. Teaching, talking, and playing with them was such a precious time for him. Family was extremely important to Lee.
Lee is survived by his sons, daughter in laws, several grandchildren, and many other family and friends.
Lee was preceded in death by his wife Lynne , his mother Esther and father John.
Interment will be at Isaac Carling Cemetery in Colorado City, Arizona.
