Mrs. Calodona Knight, widow of John Knight, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Payne, at this place, Monday evening, April 5, after a short illness of pneumonia, aged 62 years, 7 months, and 14 days.
The remains were taken to the home of her son, Pete Blankenship, where funeral services were conducted by Rev. Jesse Nichols, pastor of the Pentecost church, this afternoon at 2 o'clock. Burial in Fairview Cemetery.
She leaves one daughter and two sons, Mrs. Payne, Pete and Henry Blankenship, all of Brownstown.
