BARBAY, FRANK A.

A retired employee at Exxon Chemicals plant in Baton Rouge and a resident of Holiday Island, Ark., he died at 1:04 p.m. Sunday, April 18, 1999, at Eureka Springs Hospital, Eureka Springs, Ark. He was 62 and a native of Baton Rouge. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran. Visiting at Niland's Funeral Home, Livonia, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Sandra Boulden Barbay; two daughters and sons-in-law, Sheryl and Kenneth Clark, Maringouin, and Roxanne and Mark Loreno,Livonia; a son and daughter-in-law, Frank Allen Barbay Jr. and Dana Barbay, Maringouin; three sisters, Delores Fourrier, Shirley Graham and Ellen Decote; two brothers, August Barbay III and Kenneth Barbay; and eight grandchildren, Joshua, Abram and Madalynn Barbay, Christine and Catherine Clark and Jimmy, Lindsey and Andrew Loreno. He was preceded in death by his parents, August Jr. and Noelie Barbay. He was a graduate of Catholic High School in Baton Rouge and a member of the alumni association. He wasa member of St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, Eureka Springs.
