Isabelle M. Bailey, 96, of Selinsgrove, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 3, 2016, at the Manor at Penn Village, Selinsgrove.
She was born Dec. 15, 1919, in Mifflinburg, a daughter of the late Charles and Maude (Hersh) Moyer. She was married to Daniel Troup and after his death, had married the Rev. Charles A. Bailey who preceded her in death in 2007.
Isabelle was a graduate of Selinsgrove High School.
She loved to travel and spend time with family, friends, and especially her sisters. She is survived by several nieces and nephews, Pamalee L. Igoe, Jack V. Riegel, Pat Hinkle, Steve Boyer, James Bohn and Jeffrey Bohn.
She was preceded in death by one brother, Paul Moyer, and three sisters, Anna Mary Bohn, Hazel Anderson, and Eleanor Boyer.
There will be no viewing. Private graveside services will be conducted in Orchard Hills Cemetery, Shamokin Dam, with the Rev. Richard C. Fangmann officiating. Arrangements are by the V.L. Seebold Funeral Home, 601 N. High St., Selinsgrove.
