Francis I. Bryant
Francis Irene Bryant, 93 of Winslow, went to be with her Lord July 5th.
She was born April 29th, 1924 to the late Paul and Leona (Sullivan) Nelson. She was a member of the Winslow Nazarene Church. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and great great grandmother. She enjoyed being with her family and friends.
She was loving and kind to all. Her husband of fifty-two years, Donald Bryant, proceeded her in death in 1994. Donald and Francis operated the Bryant Grocery Store in Winslow from 1959 to 1964. Francis was also proceeded in death by a daughter, Susan Mose, grandson Donald Ray Bolin, and granddaughter Kristina Rose Phillips.
Francis is survived by daughters, Connie Foley of Petersburg, Donna (John) Phillips of Oakland City, Shelia Elkins of Stendal, one brother Stanley (Ruth Ann) Nelson of Otwell, and grandchildren, Beth (Alan) Bennett, Gayla Durden, Ross (Allison) Mose, Lana (Phillip) Luecke, Tina (Danny) Stone, M'lea (Kent) Truitt, eight great grandchildren, and fourteen great great grandchildren. Services are 10:30 am Wednesday at Curtis Funeral Home,
300 Walnut St, Winslow, IN 47598. All times are local time. Family burial will continue at Sunset Cemetery in Winslow.
