Walla Wallan Nancy J. Graybeal Shingledecker, 70, died March 10, 2008, at Washington Odd Fellows Home, 534 Boyer Ave.

The graveside service will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Desert Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Irrigon, Ore. Burns Mortuary of Hermiston, 685 W. Hermiston Ave., is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Shingledecker was born April 4, 1937, in Hermiston to William E. And Alda R. Fleming Graybeal. She was raised in Irrigon, and later lived in Walla Walla and the Tri-Cities. She retired from the State of Washington and volunteered for many local organizations.

She is survived by sons Richard and Randal Shingledecker; three grandchildren; three sisters; and one brother.
