Robert "Bob" Dauenhauer passed Sunday, March 8, 2020 with his loving family by his side. Born and raised in Spokane, Washington, where he met the love of his life Vicki. Soon after he graduated from University High school in 1964. He served his country with pride in Vietnam. Returning to the open arms of Vicki to be wed on December 21, 1968.
Through his hard work and dedication, he graduated from Eastern Washington University in 1971, earning a BA in business. In 1974 He welcomed his first daughter and they promptly moved to Olympia, buying their first home. The birth of their second daughter came in 1977.

Many accomplishments followed as a great sales representative. Bob worked his way to his job at US West Direct. He excelled and received many awards until his much-deserved retirement in 2006.

As Bob's career grew, he was able to provide his family with their dream home that they filled with a lifetime of love and memories. In 1993 Bob was able to share his love of running with his daughter when they completed the Capital City Marathon together. Bob's varied interests included motorcycles, camping, hiking, golfing and his volunteer work with the VA.

Bob shared his love of life and energy with his 7 grandchildren of whom he was so proud. Those who are in our hearts and minds are never truly gone and all who knew Bob were truly blessed.
