Barbara Zo "Bee" (Minyard) Fraley Clute, 79 of Madisonville passed away April 16, 2023 in Bryan, Texas.
Barbara was born in Beaumont on October 18, 1943 to Pierce and Loreda Minyard, and grew up in Colmesneil, Texas where she served as the drum major of the Colmesneil High School band. She was married to Joel Martin Fraley and they had three children, Marty Fraley (Lastell), Angela Baker (Gary) and Andrew Fraley. Later in life, she was married to Calvin Clute. They were married until his death in 2011.
She lived most of her life in Madisonville, Texas where she loved to paint and spend time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her many friends.
Barbara was preceded in death by both of her parents and husbands, Joe Fraley and Calvin Clute. She is survived by her children, Martin M. Fraley and wife, Lastell, Angela F. Baker and husband, Gary and Joel Andrew Fraley, as well as her grandchildren, Jacob Baker and wife, Shara of Alaska, Bethany and Cody Culp of Madisonville and Jordan Baker of Bryan. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Ryder, Landri, Emma, Avery, Gage, Jackson and Elizabeth
A funeral service honoring Barbara's lfie will be held 10 A.M., Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Midway Church of Christ, Midway, Texas. James Fraley and Gary Baker will officiate the service. A brief visitation will take place from 9 A.M. to service time at the church. A graveside service will be held 2:30 P.M. that afternoon in Gregory Cemetery, Colmesneil, Texas.
Arrangements are under the direction of Madisonville Funeral Home, Madisonville, Texas.
