J.T. Collins Dies at Kerens Friday
KERENS, May 11 - (Spl) - J.T. Collins, 67, died at his home here at 10 a.m. Friday. Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday at the First Baptist Church in Kerens, with the pastor, Rev. M.O. Davis officiating.
Collins is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Bill Wyrick, Kernes, and Mrs. Roland St. Ama, Rice; a son, Clarence Collins of Kerens; four brothers, Lawrence and Willie Collins, both of Kerens; Jim of Dallas, and Robert of Palacios; and ten grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Kerens cemetery under the direction of the Inmon funeral home.
