Jenny grew up in Newport News, Virginia and graduated from Warwick High School, where she met and married, "Randolph," her high school sweetheart. The devoted couple built a successful Amway business, achieving the Emerald level. They traveled the globe speaking and inspiring others to reach their full potential.
Jenny was the daughter of the late Odell Cecil and the late Ransome L. Cecil. Left to cherish her memory are her three sons; along with three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister.
A Celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday, April 11th at 12:00 p.m. at W.J. Smith & Son Funeral Home, 210 Harpersville Road, Newport News. Visitation will be held at the Funeral Home at 11:00 am until the service begins. Interment will follow in Peninsula Memorial Park, 12750 Warwick Blvd., Newport News.
