Mrs. Anna E. Buntz, 86, formerly of 152 S. Balch St., Akron, passed away in Hartville Manor nursing home on Tuesday, January 2 after a long illness.
Mrs. Buntz was born in Navarre, Ohio had lived in Akron for 60 years, living for the last three years in Hartville. She was a member of the Woodland United Methodist Church. Mrs. Buntz was formerly active with Summit County Society of the Blind, the Federated Women's Club, and Elva Chapter 304 Order of Eastern Star.
She leaves a sister, Mrs. Vera Scott Johnson of New York City; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services in Billow Fairlawn Chapel on Thursday at 1 p.m. with burial in Rose Hill Burial Park.
