Karen Louise Carmack, of Rolla, MO, passed away Thursday, April 6, 2023 at the age of 64.
Karen was born on May 14, 1958, to the late James Patrick Grisham and Mary Lina (Gaddy) Grisham.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her first husband Terry Carmack; two brothers, Leonard Grisham, Edward "Ed" Grisham; five brother in laws, Richard Brown, Duane Dickey, Bob Pritchett, Jim Rosenburg, Ronnie Gulley; and two sister in laws, Nelda Grisham, Emma Grisham.
Karen enjoyed being a caregiver to ones that needed help, gardening, and cooking. She truly loved her sons, grandchildren, and other family and friends.
Karen will be greatly missed by her surviving family which includes: love of her life, Randall Furse of Rolla, MO; pet dog Iris; three sons, Brian Carmack of Rolla, MO, Jason Carmack of Rolla, MO, Justin Carmack of Rolla, MO; three brothers, Cecil Grisham and wife Wanda of Rolla, MO, Les Grisham and wife Brenda of Rolla, MO; Terry Grisham and wife Jackie of Rolla, MO; five sisters, Audrey Pritchett of Rolla, MO, Mary Ann Rosenburg of Rolla, MO, Nellie Brown of Rolla, MO, Sharon Warren and husband Martin of Rolla, MO, Brenda Gulley and partner Chelsey Daniel's of Rolla, MO; four grandchildren, Isaac Bryce, Kaeden Carmack, Serenity McCabe, Eloise Singleton; one aunt Susan Trentham, and a host of other family and friends.
A graveside service for Karen L. Carmack will be conducted at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 12, 2023 at the Camp Creek Cemetery in Rolla, MO. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, beginning at 5 p.m. at the Null and Son Funeral Home of Rolla.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the perpetual care fund for Camp Creek Cemetery.
