Arnold Thomas "Tommy" Abell of Glasgow, KY, the son of the late Arnold B Abell and Edith M. Mills Abell, was born May 23, 1950 in Marion County, KY and departed this life on Thursday, April 6, 2023 at his residence. He was 72 years of age. He was a retired auto mechanic. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, cars and spending time with his family. He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist Faith. Survivors include his wife:, two sons and two daughters: Two sisters: and his mother-in-law: Five grandchildren: and one great-grandchild:. He was preceded in death by one sister and one brother: Edith Ann Edwards and Buford Abell. There will be a funeral service for Arnold Thomas "Tommy" Abell on Tuesday April 11, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at L.R. Petty Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Old Liberty Cemetery. The family requests visitation on Monday April 10, 2023 from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. at the L.R. Petty Funeral Home, 1765 New Columbia Rd. Campbellsville. Memorials are suggested to be donations to the American Cancer Society or the T. J. Sampson Hospice Service
