Ida Lou Tippit, 83, died at her home in Las Cruces.
Funeral services were conducted at the Getz Funeral Home Chapel with Ray Terry and Stan Reid officiating. Burial was at the Hillcrest Memorial Gardens.
She was survived by two nieces, Mrs. Robbie Kuykendall and Virginia Cane, both of Las Cruces; a nephew, Paul Witt of Farmerville, LA; three sisters: Jessie Clark of Wilcox, AZ; Alpha Tippit of Anaheim, CA, and Sue Bernhart of Garden Grove, CA; other nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Bill Bynum, Carroll Denney, P.R. Kuykendall, Randy Kuykendall, Harry Cane, Alton Smith, John Allan, J.D. Burrow and J.D. Jackson.
