Judy G.Caton (Barnes), 75, of Lexington, Kentucky, passed away on March 22, 2023 at Central Baptist Hospital surrounded by family.
She was born in Lexington, KY, on May 18, 1947, daughter of the late Homer D. Barnes and Ivy Lee Barnes. She is survived by her three sons Ora Lee Chapman Jr., Anthony Ray Chapman (Ryan Leigh) and Christopher Chapman (Shelley), her step sons Mark Caton (Erica) and Chris Caton (Cindy), her grandchildren Ora Lee Chapman III, Jordan Chapman (Cory), Taylor Thompson (John), Mekenzie Chapman, Anderson Chapman, Allie Chapman, Reagan Chapman, Nolan Chapman, Emily Caton, Madison Caton, Sarah Walters (Alan), her great grandchildren Araya Chapman, Jackson Chapman, Natalee Chapman, Yasmin Chapman, Vincent Gamez, Addysen Gamez and Willow Chapman as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Judy was preceded in death by her husband Gerald Caton, her granddaughter Amber Chapman, her siblings Linda Barnes, Sue Shelton, Betty "Pete" Edwards, Shirley Hicks and Bobby Barnes.
Judy graduated from Bryan Station High School and retired from Lexmark, Inc. She enjoyed spending time with family and loved ones and being in Florida at her second home.
