James C. Putnam... Edna Putnam's birth date given as 2 Nov. 1892 in Social Security index), William Moore Watson (d. 8 Jan. 1892, age 22 months) and Jennie Lillian Watson (August 1894-?,m. Arthur Gaston Caldwell of Atlanta, Ga. in 1926). By the second marriage to Maude Elma Land, a daughter of James Kenneth Land and Alice Elizabeth Brinson, there were five children: Maude Elma Watson (1904-1932, m. Carrold Adam Stearns of Statesville, NC, 6 children), Hubert Land Watson (Herbert Kenneth Watson, 15 Nov. 1905-31 Dec. 1983), Bessie Day Watson (18 Sept. 1907-21 Oct. 1959), Lucille L.
