"Barbara Ann Mink, age 83, of Fruitport passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Trinity Health Muskegon Hospital. She was born October 10, 1939, in Muskegon to Joseph E. Bordeau and Grace E. (Snyder) Bordeau. She was married to John Mink, Jr. on October 28, 1961 and he preceded her in death on October 10, 2011.
Barb had a wonderful life. She was a kind, caring, funny person and made a profound impact on so many people's lives.
Barb loved going with her husband, John and dog, Red on Friday nights to get dinner and ice cream. Then they would ride out to the river where Barb would watch her husband fish and enjoy the boats that came through. Barb loved movie nights with her grandson, Andy. Some of her favorite past times were coloring, putting puzzles together and playing cards. Barb loved watching General Hospital, going to the casino with Dave and Donna, and enjoyed her phone calls with Della. Her most favorite activities always involved her family. She loved family dinners on Sunday, family Christmas Eve parties, Peggy's fourth of July cookouts and John's amazing fireworks show.
Barb was a remarkable woman and an amazing friend, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother."
