She was the daughter of the late George W. Dahman and the former Vallie Jeanette DeVore. Mrs. Etchison was also preceded in death by her husband, Ova Loyd Etchison, on Oct. 9, 1967, and brothers and sisters. She attended school in East Lynne and resided in the Savannah area for several years prior to moving to Aransas Pass 14 years ago. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Royal Neighbors of America.
Surviving are a brother, Frank Dahman of Butler, Mo.; two sisters, Ona Belle Yoder of Harrisonville, Mo., and Ada Yoder of Durant, Okla.; and numerous nieces and nephews.
