Biffle (Eoff) (Breidwell) Bricker was the daughter of Minos Eoff and Daisy Tucker, natives of Boone County, Arkansas. Biffle and her brother, Clay, were raised on the family farm in Boone County, Arkansas.

Biffle married James Marvin Breidwell August 30, 1936 in Boone County. They were the parents of Dixie D (Breidwell) Young of Flint, Michigan and Karla Kay (Breidwell) Miller of Hermiston, Oregon. Their daughters were raised in Flint, Michigan. James Breidwell died February 7, 1955. Biffle married Homer Bricker March 28, 1958. Biffle was a resident of Flint, Michigan from 1936 to 1965 when she and Homer Bricker moved to Sun City, Arizona. Biffle was a member of the 1st Baptist Church in Sun City.
