Clyde Kyle
BROOKER - Clyde Arthur Kyle, 79, of Brooker, died Friday, Feb. 29, 2008, at Shands Starke following an extended illness.
Mr. Kyle was born in Cogan Station, Pa. and lived most of his life in Brooker. He was retired from Drill Tech in Alachua County and also was retired from Florida State Prison in Starke. He was a member of New River Baptist Church in Brooker.
Mr. Kyle is survived by: daughter, Linda Russell of Tampa; two step-daughters, Rosa Mae Jones of Brooker and Earlene Rogers of Lacrosse; a stepson, Richard Benton of Starke; 13 grandchildren and several grandchildren and his caretakers, Danny and Vickie Benton.
Mr. Kyle was preceded in death by his two wives: Helen and Vera Kyle.
Funeral services were held Monday, March 3, at New River Baptist Church. Burial followed in the church cemetery.
Arrangements were under the care of Archer Funeral Home of Lake Butler.
