He was born Oct. 23,1948 to Earl Thomas and Irene (Mendenhall) Sr. Tom lived most of his life in the Losantville area. He was a member of Post #333 Sons of the American Legion.
Those left behind: 2 sons Earl Thomas (Charlotte) Masters III and Virgil (Sarah) Masters; 6 grandchildren: 4 siblings: Ronald (Sandy) Masters, Judy Stonebraker, Barbara (Rod) Hinshaw and Wayne Bowerly.
Visitation 10 a.m.--12 noon Wed. Apr. 5, at Culberson Funeral Home in Hagerstown. Burial to follow at 12 p.m. at West River Friends Cemetery.
