Funeral services were held on March 5, 1999, for Mrs. Mattie Thelma Graham Sandifer, 94, who died on March 1, 1999, in Chicago, IL; at Illinois Masonic Hospital after a lengthy illness.
She is survived by four daughters, Bonnie Jean Harmon of Sallis, MS; Edna McKinney, Mary Cacciatori, and Bernice Kern all of Chicago, IL; one son, Willie Roy Sandifer of Sallis, MS.
A tribute was presented by Mrs. Sandifer's granddaughter, Vickie Harmon Edwards of Meridian, MS.
Burial was in Oakridge Cemetery in Hillside, IL.
Grandsons served as pallbearers.
