Norris Prince Reece, age 80, of Hoffman Road in Lincolnton, passed away on Sunday, March 26, 2023.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, in the Pisgah United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jon Mann officiating.
Mr. Reece was born January 16, 1943, in Clay County, to the late Lewis Valentine Reece and Zola Adams Reece. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Reep Reece; sister, Pauline Reep; and brother, Larry Reece. He was a member of Long Shoals Wesleyan Church and over 50 years worked as a carpenter.
He is survived by a daughter, Selina Keever (David) of Lincolnton; grandson Brett Keever (Rebekah) of Maiden; two great-grandchildren, Sullivan and Ivey Keever; and three sisters, Sue Brown of Morganton, Mary Smith of Illinois, and Kathy Shepard of Macon, GA.
