MAULDIN, SC - Margie Traynham Davenport, 92, of 108 Kingsley Drive, died January 15, 1996, at her home.

She retired as a cloth inspector with Ware Shoals Mill and was a member of Sans Souci Baptist Church and Order of the Eastern Star.

Surviving are a daughter, Peggy Davis, of the home; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.

Graveside services: 2 p.m. Friday at Princeton Baptist Church Cemetery.

Visitation: 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at residence, 108 Kingsley Drive, Mauldin. -- Thomas McAfee Fuineral Home, Northwest.
