C. S. Orr is lying dangerously ill at the Meade hotel with little hopes of recovery. Mr. Orr has been sick for several months and came to this cityabout a month ago from his ranch in the strip to secure medical treatment but his disease is such that it seems to battle medical skill.
--Later--Mr. Orr died this morning at 8 o'clock. He was born June, 1831. Funeral will be held at hotel tomorrow at 10 o'clock. Interment in Graceland Cemetery.

C. S. Orr was born at Pittston, Pa., Jue 13, 1831 where he resided until 1884 when he moved to Meade County where he resided until about a year ago when he moved to Oklahoma, settling near Blue Grass. Mr. Orr's health railed i that country and several times during the summer he came to our city for medical aid but did not get the desired relief. He grew worse and died October 31, 1895. Mr. Orr's wife died in 1893. R. W. Orr, an only son, survives.
