In Memory of my dad, Martin Goodler Haycraft, who went home December 14, 1981.
Many men are strong but very few are able to mix the right amount of strength with a proportionate amount of gentleness. When these characteristics are met, the result is a man that can be admired and respected. / My father was always understanding and willing to listen, and all of my life he had given me a feeling of security. No matter where I go or what happens to me. I'll always know that he is watching over me patiently and will be there should I need him. This security has given and gives me the strength to stand on my own many times. / The night that we lost you, as I held your hand, my world seemed very dark and lonely. They say it always seems darkest in the hour before dawn, but joy cometh in the morning. I pray that you are seeing the morning, and all of your pain and duffering is forever gone. I also pray that you will never stop watching, becaude I will always need you. / I love you and miss you, Dad/ / Imogene Sloan
