Mrs. Oliece Rodgers, 74, of 244 N. Broad St. , died Friday at 4:55pm at Cottage Hospital. She had been ill for several years.
She was born Sept 30, 1880 at Buffalo, MO, and attended schools there. Her first marriage was to Hugh Asbury at Buffalo in 1900. He died in 1918. Her second marriage was in 1949 to Oliece Rodgers in Galesburg. She has resided here for 50 years. She was a member of the Rescue Mission.
Surviving is the husband; 5 sons Ernest Asbury of Hickory Corners, Mich., Ray Asbury of Galesburg, Kirk Asbury of Muskegon, Mich., Ezra Asbury of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Earl Asbury of Monmouth; 2 daughters
note she was married to in 1930 & 1940 census to Claus Gronewald.
