His name was Harvey Julian on his draft registration 1917 with DOB as Aug 9, 1879.
He moved to Ashland about 1900 with his widowed mother. He was age 21 in the 1900 census and mother Alma was 59. Also in the household were siblings Edith and Susie and Harvey's wife Iva age 16.
He married Iva/Iver Belle Gualt born Bridgewater, daughter of John Q. and Emily (Tobine) Gault of Holderness, on April 26, 1900. He was 21 and she was 16. They had children:
