Judy was employed with Pioneer Rubber Company and Swirtz Potato Farm throughout her life. A faithful woman, she was a member of Pentecostal Holiness House of Fellowship Church in Plymouth. She loved the Lord and never missed a Wednesday or Sunday service.
A true animal lover, Judy's dog and bird were her constant companions. She enjoyed gardening and cooking and family was very important to her, especially the time spent with her grandbabies and great grandbabies.
Judy is survived by her two children, Tony (Janet) Shepherd and Oma Shepherd (Lloyd Hoffman); four grandchildren, Michael (Stefanny) Cole, Joshua Shepherd, Katie (Jordan) Downs and Brooklyn (Mathias) Lewis; four great grandchildren, Gabe Cole and Oakley, Garrett and Wrenley Downs; and five siblings, Betty (Johnny) Shepherd, Charles (Gevone) Bailey, Clayton (Donna) Bailey, Kirby (Beth) Bailey and Bobby Hammons.
In addition to her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her siblings, Larry, Leon, Gary and Linda Bailey.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Monday, May 23, 2022 from 12:00 p.m. until the time of her funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Shiloh, Ohio.
