Elizabeth "Libby" Wiley Fisackerly, of Killian, Louisiana, passed away on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at the age of 87. She was born on July 24, 1935, in Palestine, Texas, the daughter of the late Frances and Ben Wiley. Libby graduated from Dominican High School in New Orleans and received her Bachelor's degree from LSU. She spent much of her life serving her community through volunteering. During the many years she lived in Baton Rouge, Libby was a member of Lagniappe Woman's Club in Baton Rouge, a GFWC organization. Libby spent over 40 years with the Hemophilia Foundation as a founding sponsor of the Louisiana division and regional director for the National Hemophilia Foundation. She was also a member of St. Margaret Catholic Church in Albany and formerly of St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Baton Rouge.

Libby is survived by her husband of 67 years, Robert H. "Bob" Fisackerly, Jr.; daughter, Beth Fisackerly Cleveland; son, Wiley Fisackerly (Terri); grandchildren, Tom Cleveland (Meg), Catie Cleveland, Aileen DeHart (Nick), Linnie Sustaita (Moses), Frances Fisackerly, Lilly Fisackerly, Micah Fisackerly, Rob Fisackerly, IV, Kristen Arnold (Will), Melissa Berghaseuen (Joe), Ruth Cashen, May Clare Cashen, Bennet Cashen, and Luke Cashen; numerous great grandchildren; and daughter-in-law, Terri Cashen (David).

In addition to her parents, Libby was preceded in death by her sons, Scott Fisackerly and Robert H. "Bob" Fisackerly, III; twin great grandsons, Robert Fisackerly, V and Nathan Fisackerly; and great granddaughter, Ivanee Sustaita.

Family and friends will be received at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, 2000 N. Morrison Blvd, Hammond, Louisiana 70401 on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm.

A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Margaret Catholic Church, 30300 Catholic Hall Rd, Albany, Louisiana 70711 on Saturday at 1:30 pm.

Interment will follow at Rose Memorial Park Cemetery in Hammond, Louisiana.
