Cox on August 25, 1927 in Lansing, Michigan; retired from St. Lukes Hospital as Executive Housekeeper; enjoyed crocheting, traveling and reading. Preceded in death by her husband, June 21, 1979, and is survived by son Ronald A. Cox of Missoula, MT; daughters M. Joyce Crump of Winthrop, WA and Margaret Joan Williams of Bellingham; 19 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great grandchildren; nephew, Robert E. Ahrendt.
The family suggests memorials to American Heart Association; American Cancer Society or favorite charity, in the name of Marjorie Cox.
