Annie Lucille Wise, 92, of Franklin, Ga., died Monday, June 14, 2004, at Franklin Health Care Center.
Mrs. Wise was born Jan. 11, 1912, in Rock Mills, the daughter of Steve and Clara Johnson Young. She had lived in LaGrange from 1958 to 1990, when she moved to Franklin. She was a homemaker and former employee of the Oak Leaf Mill of Callaway Mills. Mrs. Wise was a member of New Hope Baptist Church.
Mrs. Wise is survived by her son, Tom Wise of Franklin; a sister, Mary Monroe of Atlanta; five grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mrs. Wise were at 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, in the chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary. Burial followed in Shadowlawn Cemetery.
