Mr. Daniel J. Keaney, 54, passed away unexpectedly at his home in Gardner on March 13
, 2023. He was born on January 17, 1969 in Lowell the son of the late Hugh F. Keaney and Barbara L. (Barrett) Keaney R.N.

Daniel was raised in Chelmsford and was educated in the Chelmsford School system graduating with the class of 1988. He was also a communicant of Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Chelmsford. He also attended Westfield State University.

He enjoyed theater, baseball, and skiing. He enjoyed spending time with Family. Treating his nieces and nephews like they were his own.

Daniel is survived by his sister Mary Leverone of Nashua N.H.; and three brothers Thomas Keaney of Nashua N.H., Hugh Keaney Jr, of Seabrook N.H., and Michael Keaney and his wife Caroline of Tyngsboro. He also leaves one niece Emily Keaney, seven nephews James Leverone, Jesse Leverone, Patrick Keaney, Nathan Keaney, Colin Keaney, Ryan Keaney, and Gavin Keaney, one great niece Katherine Leverone, his cousin and goddaughter Tiffani Sylvain and many extended family and friends.

Daniel was predeceased by his nephew H. Adam Keaney, and his Aunt Jane Sylvain.
