Susan Lynn Gross of Highland was born April 3, 1950 in Ashland, Kentucky to Jack Woodrow and Mildred Kathleen Kelley. She died March 3, 2023 at the age of 72.
Susan is the beloved wife of 52 years of Richard "Dick" Gross. Loving mother of Stacy (Jennifer Major) Gross. She is survived by her mother Midge (the late Jack) Kelley. Sister of Sandra (the late Roger) LeMaster, Stephen Russell Kelley, and the late Jack W. (Violet) Kelley, Jr. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Mrs. Gross will be remembered for her service to the community, specifically her 42 years of work for Commerce Township where she was the longest-serving employee after being hired in 1973 and working as Treasurer since 1993.
A Memorial Visitation will be held at Lynch & Sons Funeral Home, 340 North Pontiac Trail, Walled Lake (3 Blks. S. of Maple Rd.) Wednesday, March 15th from 3-8 PM.
