Born in Watertown, NY, on October 26, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Blanche (Neuroth) Farrell.
Gail dedicated her life to helping others feel at home—from her long career as a sorority chef at Cornell, to working throughout her retirement, hosting holidays at her home, or preparing for a night at her favorite summertime spot, the Cortland Country Music Park.
Gail is survived by her siblings, Thomas, Ted, Fred and Jane; daughter, Deborah, and grandchildren Dustin and Zach; and long-time companion, Hank Paige.
A graveside service in memory of Gail will be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 17, 2023, at Calvary Cemetery, 636 Five Mile Drive, Ithaca, NY 14850.
